We really thought we knew what we were looking for. We then contacted Ron to set up a day of looking at houses. To help plan the house tour day, Ron asked us a lot of questions and listened. Based on multiple conversations he added a few houses to the list of homes we identified as possibilities. We ended up buying the first house on the tour. It was a home he added to the list we created!
